Extra fee ($50)

First, open the Extra fee page, in which you will find the fixed price is $50.
Then type the additional cost you have to pay in the Quantity box.
For example, if you need to pay $100, all you need to do is just put 2 in the Quantity box, then add to cart or pay by paypal.
